6. Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for the return shipment and ensuring that the item arrives in good condition.
LOLA is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during the return process.
It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
7. In-Person Exchanges (Optional)
If you reside in Puerto Rico, you may coordinate a local drop-off or exchange at a designated location at no additional cost (subject to availability and prior appointment).
